Definitely check out men’s wearhouse. we looked everywhere, and though my guy isn’t as hard of a fit as yours, we ended up getting 8 suits for $200 each for my groom, the groomsmen, our ushers and my dad. They will order whatever size you need, and if it comes in and it doesn’t fit, you can continue to exchange it until you get the right one. Also, their pants come unhemmed so all you have to do is find the waist size and spend the $12 to get it hemmed- which is totally worth it. Unless of course you’re used to hemming pants like me, then you can do it for him! They will also ship suits to other stores for free if you have out of towners… a couple of our groomsmen are in Cali and we’re in Missouri, and we’re having them shipped to them ahead of time so there won’t be any last minute alterations when they get here for the wedding! Good luck to you!

I would also suggest Men’s Wearhouse, you can purchase suit seperates so the top will be the correct size and you can get the pants in a 46 and have them hemmed. My Fiance is almost exactly the same size and that is what we did. They were able to tailor the suit to him perfectly and it looks great. We also took advantage of their deals to get suits for our wedding party for just under $200 each.
