No craziness for us here in Vegas. This year we are having a few friends over. A couple have small kids. We will probably play some ping pong and maybe a board game. Thats about it. We dont like to go out on New Years here. Its too dangerous and expensive!

Ordered a pizza, drinking beer, and watching a Redbox while cuddling with our pup-pup who is tired from doggie daycare (his Xmas present)…honestly the best NewYears weve ever had together 🙂

It was snowing pretty badly here in Chicago. They did not plow the streets so it was downright treacherous to drive. My NYE consisted of walking to the local movie theatre, seeing American Hustle, and eating leftovers for dinner.

SO and I ordered a pizza, marathoned Revenge on Netflix, watched the ball drop, chugged a glass of champagne, and then went to bed. I have come to the conclusion that while going out and being surrounded by people would be nice, I was just as excited watching the ball drop alone in our living room, clutching his hand. We have an exciting year coming up (I have a sneaking suspicion he bought my ring!!!!!!!) and I just wanted it to be him and I. Boring? Maybe to some, but nothing like ringing in the new year in jammies!
