My partner seems much more into the homemaking than I am!  He’s cooking, organizing and planning… and I’m working and sleeping and watching movies with him 🙂

Hehe, I have been playing homemaker all afternoon and it’s been fun — two loads of laundry washed, two folded and another in the dryer, two loaves of bread started, (some!) dishes done, supper in the crockpot, kitchen floor swept, some trash out, maybe more before I’m done. Getting tired though!

I love it! If I could afford to stay home, I totally would (though my mom did and often didn’t like it – I guess the “grass is always greener”). I just put a sweet & spicy butter-basted chicken in the oven and am making homemade gravy and mashed potatoes – I’d cook like this way more often if I didn’t get home from work so late every day!

I would <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>loooove to be a fabulous cook for the fiance. I just cannot cook. I’ve never learned. I want to take cooking lessons really bad. I’m really so horrible that even if I follow a recipe, it’s bad.

I love doing laundry now too … weird … I was never this type.

I enjoy cooking. I find it relaxing. Sometimes I enjoy cleaning too. I think it’s teh sense of accomplishment that comes with cleaning “my” territory. Doing it for me kind of thing. I’m really content to have a day here and there doing crafts, cooking, watching tv, etc. i’d go crazy every day doing it, but I do enjoy it =]
