ljbee:  What colour grade is it? If you don’t mind me asking.

My ring is being made at the moment but did see my heart shaped diamond before it went off to be set. It’s a J coloured with an ideal cut. I didn’t see any yellow, except when it was turned fully upside down, in it and on the very rare angle I saw any warmth it almost just added to it’s character and charm. It also only had two very tiny inclusions but they are white and couldn’t even see those with the colour, looked flawless to me.

I love warmth in a stone…looks more “realistic” to me with a tinge of color to it.

ljbee:  it is lovely!  I am not color sensitive at all and really like the added warmth in a diamond myself. ..none of my diamonds are colorless

I just wanted to add that your ring is beautiful. It’s honestly perfect with that soft yellow tone. Enjoy!

Yellow or warm diamonds can look beautiful in the right setting. They look gorgeous in a solitare setting but once you put it in a setting with other diamonds around, the contrast in color just looks off.

its beautiful!! Personally, I love it in the halo setting. The contrast between the stones is  what makes it so pretty to me.

i havent quite yet been able to capture a photo of my ring with its yellowy tint. Its a pink moissy, so it does get moody. Sometimes she is silver and sometimes she is yellowy orange. but i got it and got the rose gold setting because i really love warmth in rings!!!

I have an emerald cut moissanite bezel in a yellow gold setting, so in some low lighting it does have a warm buttery tint to it, and I LOVE it! When I see it’s warmth it makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside, just like my Fiance makes me feel πŸ™‚ He’s such a warm, cuddlym bear kind of guy, and the warmth in my ring reminds me of him!

I haven’t been able to capture a good picture of it’s warmth, but here’s one that’s kind of close!
