@luvalways86:  my sister repainted my nephew’s room 6 times before he was born, twice back to the same colour! She just couldn’t decide what she liked, but she could decide pretty easily what she hated. She started off with a dark blue, decided it was too dark so she went with a lighter blue, but then decided she wanted to go with red. Well once the red was on, she hated it, and went back to the light blue, which she still hated. We then tried out two more shades of blue before finding the right one.

@luvalways86:  Rooms always looks so different with stuff in them then just the paint! However, then you have to empty the room again before painting lol. Hopefully it works out for you!

I’m currently debating changing the nursery room color!  We originally painted it a light green, but now I just think it looks so boring and limits the pops of color we can add.

I would see how it looks put together…and if you still hate it then I say that you giving birth is a fair trade off for your husband painting the room again Tongue Out

I did! Ugh! I wanted a very light grey and after we painted the whole room, it kind of has a slight baby blue look, hate it!

I told the hubby I didn’t like it but he kind of brushed it off as “oh she’s just saying that cause she is preggers”…hoping to like it better when we put the furniture in and add some decor or I could secretly take the gallon we have left over back to Lowes, ask them to adjust the color and tell the hubs the whole room needs one more coat, haha!

Candy tuft pink turned out to be more like radioactive pink 🙁 Like our baby is going to need blinders in there for the first few years. We’re too caught up in the flooring and moulding now though to repaint it.

Repaint! But go get a sample of the paint that you like, paint a section, and see if you like it before you commit.

I am putting off painting our nursery until we get all of our decor and crib sheets. I’m so indecisive, I’m sure that if we painted now, I’d hate it.
