Hi bee. I’m doing my third IUI on Thursday and then if that doesn’t work I will be starting IVF in the nest few months.

looking forward to hearing about your journey. Lots of luck to you.

Not starting IVF but I am currently 32 weeks pregnant with my second IVF baby (my first is now 2) and wanted to chime in to wish you luck! It’s not the easiest road but so worth it.

zstbee84 :  oh wow I am sorry to hear that. I’m actually in NJ. And I might be in the same boat as you. I’m on my third IUI now and supposed to test on March 26th. So we shall see. These times are scary. I hope this all blows over soon.

The plan is for me to start IVF in May. I had to switch offices due to insurance (long, sad story) but I am excited.

My husband and I decided not to try to do any IUI’s. My OBGYN put me on Clomid for 4 months and it was horrible, I lost my hair, broke out, and gained 10 pounds.

Once we saw our RS and did all of the testing, we found that it is unexplained infertility and that an IUI only had an 11% chance of me getting pregnant vs IVF which was over 80%.

I was so upset about waiting at first, I have waited long enough. But with COVID-19 I am glad we have a couple of months to not worry.

I am wishing you the BEST of luck!!!
