(Closed) Anyone else stuck on those last few pounds?

You are probably having trouble since your body is most likely already at a good BMI, which makes it tougher to lose those last few pounds.  Are you still doing the same exercise that you have been doing this whole time?  Sometimes changing your routine helps to shake your body into weight loss.

Yeah maybe you do need to switch up the food a bit.  I would also look into doing some strength training and circuit training, since cardio can only get you so far.  Plus, you might feel better at your weight if you lost some inches and gained some muscle.
