@Artificial-Sweetener:  ME TOO!!!  I get home, throw dinner together and change.  This is an improvement on when I used to get home and go straight to change and take my bra off.  A for effort!

I do. I have a velvet ring stand on top of my jewelry chest and that is where they live unless I am leaving the house. Mostly because I am an Etsy seller who works with wire, tools and glue all day.

My ring is off when I’m home and on when I’m out. I work from home usually, so I’m never wearing my ring. I’m paranoid about getting it even more scratched up than it already is. I have a knife-edge Tiffany setting ring, and when I first got engaged, I wore it non-stop. Then I realized that with all the stuff I do with my hands, I was beating my ring up. Now there are all these scratches on it and I’m angry at myself for wearing it all the time when I first got it. So now, I only wear it when I go out.

Yes. I used to just keep my wedding band on, but lately I just take them both off, along with the rest of my jewelry.

I’m surprised so many bees take their rings off! Keeping mine on was important to me, so I chose my setting accordingly. I take it off at night and feel a tang of sadness! I wish I would wear it to bed but my fingers swell when I do. I also have little ring holders from Umbra in my bathroom and in my kitchen where the ring sits while I shower or cook. Otherwise, it’s on my finger all day.

Usually I try to workout as soon as I walk through the door, otherwise I’ll make excuses not to lol. So I take off the ring right before my workout and it either stays off the rest of the night or I’ll put it on to admire it more and take it off before bed.

I do the opposite.  I put my rings on when I get home each day.  I work with animals and they just don’t respect fine jewelry the way I think they should. 🙂 So, I don’t wear my rings to work and do wear them when I am home or going out.

Me! The moment I come home I take off all my jewellery, and get changed into jammies! It is also the last thing I put on before I leave the house. I have a wee dish on my dresser that my jewellery lives in.

Although I even take my watch off at work (when I’m typing it constantly knocks the keyboard!) and even if I’m getting something from the filing room, or eat anything with my fingers like a sandwich, I put my ring in my pocket.

I guess I figure my forever ring shouldn’t get banged up only after 1 year! I hope when I get married I might get something nice with stones in it to wear out, but also I want just a plain band that I don’t need to take off and can wear all the time.

Mine comes off when I get home. I’ve never been a ring person. With that said when I go outside I feel naked without it. It’s weird.

I have 2 wedding bands and an e-ring.  The plain gold band stays on 24/7.  The e-ring and matching pave wedding band come off as soon as I’m home.  The only time I have taken the plain gold band off is when we went snorkeling on our honeymoon.

I take mine off to shower and to do the dishes. Most of the time, however, it’s on the rest of the day when I’m at home. I’ve gotten attached to “my precioussss,” and my finger looks/feels naked without it now.

I work out right when I get home so I take it off because I hate having it on when I sweat. Even on the days I don’t work out I usually take it off right away. I almost never wear it around the house.

I am not allowed to wear mine to work, due to safety issues, so as soon as my shift is over it goes on and doesn’t come off until I have to go back to work. I only take it off if I’m going to be getting really messy (making bread or buns, working with animals, that sort of thing), or if I’m swimming in a chlorinated pool. Otherwise it’s on 24/7 when I’m not working.
