@Mrs.ChubbyBunny:Laughing No offense taken trust me,I was laughing at your comment about a bunch of old ladies, I use to be in that position and remember when I was in my early twenties and thought all the women in their 40’s were grandma’s too 😉

Yikes…I had a somewhat similar situation with an acquaintance from work who kept trying to friend me on fb. She was one of the cab drivers for our company and I would ride with her several times making crew changes. I initially friended her on fb when she sent me the request, but she would comment or “like” EVER.Y.THING I would put up. I deleted her from my friends list, but then she would still “like” or comment on anything I posted on a mutual friends’ wall (we even had mutual friends?!??) and continue to send me friend requests whenever she saw my name pop on on someone’s wall. Yeah, no. Not accepting your friend request, stalker-lady!

Keep us posted on how your FI’s meeting with the boss-man turns out…and she does sound nuts.

Pretty much every single person I know on Facebook over the age of like 45 is like that. Weird? Yes. It seems like that generation doesn’t really understand the foundation of silently accepted social norms related to Facebook. These are the same people who forward chain letters and weird attachments to every single person they’ve ever emailed, and then don’t understand why their computers keep getting infected with viruses. I think it’s a generational knowledge gap…i’d let it go.

“Nuttier than a fruitcake” definitely applies here.

@Mrs.ChubbyBunny: Creepy lady! Good thing your Fiance took the correct actions. Sounds like this woman needs some help, perhaps therapy. That’s so crazy that this isn’t the first time she’s done this. I’m glad his work is taking this seriously and you did the right thing by de-friending her on FB. Hope everything will get back to normal soon!

Glad the Big Boss Man is on board. When you said that she is his supervisor, I was worried for his job security, but it sounds like he is not the only one she is doing this to so hopefully they’ll get rid of her. You and your Fiance should put her on your block lists so she can’t even see your profiles at all, like you don’t even exist on facebook! And you can flag her facebook for inappropriate content and force facebook to look into her. Maybe they’ll revoke her account or something. It’s good if she can’t find your accounts, but it won’t stop her from posting creepy stuff on her own! Good luck moving forward,

it sounds like the poor lady is lonely… but yes, something is just a little “off” there.

I feel sorry for any pets this lady has. She probably smothers them so much they probably run into traffic on purpose.

Seriously creepy! So glad that he went to the higher power on this and he’s on board. Now that he’s filed a formal complaint, he’ll have something to support him if they try to fire him for anything…

You should really thoroughly go through your privacy settings. I have kids and had problems with random moms/aunts/grandmas of friends and even friends-of-friends commenting on EVERYTHING on my FB and asking odd questions. One lady even made an album copied from one I had posted and I have never even met her! Her son (my friend) has a girl the same age as my son. She labeled them as “A’s little boyfriend!” like she was there and involved. I have had to go on a few times and re-check my settings because of FB changing their regulations. You can also block ppl you arent friends with from commenting (even some that are friends) and seeing certain things like photos. I have kept two problem people as friends, but block them from seeing anything to be able to make sure they arent posting things with my kids on their pages. If you see anything else on hers (if it is public) I would screen shoot it and save it to give to your FIs big boss man. If you use your personal FB for any bussiness I would recomend making a seperate account, and it would also make it so you can use it as an online portfoilo.

@Jazziberry : I totally keep FB creepers like that in what I like to call my “friend request purgatory” I neither accept, or deny them. That way they can never send another.

;o)

@mrs.tobe- hah! I have done that before, then would give in and just deny the offender. I’ll do that for sure with the next one! I like that..”Friend request purgatory” lol!
