I’d love some accountability with my weight-loss/health goals!
My Darling Husband and I are planning to start TTC in September of this year. In the past two years my weight has climbed up about 10-15 pounds which I would like to drop, but mostly I am focused on getting stronger, more flexible, and eating better. I’ve started working out again (I do FitnessBlender.com videos in my basement) to build strength and cardio endurance. I’m also not drinking in January (so far so good) and will continue to limit alcohol to a few drinks per month until we start TTC this year.
