the ond I’m useing basically just let’s me record the foods I eat and the exercise I do and tracks the calories I’ve eaten and the calories I’ve burned and from that tells me how many more calories I can eat. Does your do anything additional?

nope, same premise. Keep up the great work. I admit that I go weeks without tracking sometimes, but I have certain go-to foods that I’ll eat a lot of the time. I just honestly don’t eat as much as I used to

I actually feel like I’m eating a greater volume of food now, but much healthier food. Certain things like broccoli I had once and then it was like my body was demanding it constantly for a while, I’ve read that can be an indicator of a deficiency of something that’s present in the particular food.
