@Loribeth:  Loseit has a barcode scanner too.  And I don’t know why you say you have to eat back your exercise calories.  It doesn’t make me.  Strange.

If you don’t want to eat back your calories either just don’t input your exercise, or create them as custom events that burn 0 if you still want to track your exercise.  Or just stop when you get to the amount it says you should eat without the exercise?

I’ve only ever heard of My fitness pal haven’t heard of the other two. I’m going to give the other two a try.

I have never heard of it, I am currently using mfp and I am indifferent.

@Loribeth:  I don’t add my exercise until I am done eating for the day so I never really paid attention.  Could you do that?

@Loribeth:  the base calories are supposed to take into account your daily activity (job, errands, etc.) and create a deficit…when you do exercise (class, dvd, walking, etc.) it takes even more away from your calories, so really, it’s better to eat back your calories to reach the 1500
