I also ordered from Shades of Pale.  They replicated my dress from a picture.  I will try to post a picture.  The only problem I had is that it took I think a week or so longer than they said it would and it arrived a few days before the wedding.  Checking with the post office, they told me it wasn’t in the country!!!!  Then, it came the next day!  So, if you contact the post office with the tracking number, be careful!  I think she just wanted to get rid of me.  She (the post office agent) said that sometimes companies in China say they shipped it but it isn’t in transit yet. I was frantic! I had just been laid off from work the week before my wedding, so I was an emotional wreck!  I worked with Amalia and she was wonderful and very understanding.  They do GREAT WORK!  You wll see when I post my pics how much intricate work is on my dress.  and it is fully lined and HEAVY!

@Ebopete:  Your dress is GORGEOUS!  So are you!  Beautiful.  I worked with Amalia too.  She is a sweetheart.  I would do it again.  definitely.  Just make sure you order with plenty of time.  Maybe 3 months out so you are not stressed about the gowns arrival and you get it in time to make alterations if needed.

They even made the veil – exactly how I wanted.  I cant tell you how hard it was to find a black veil.  It has scatter crystals and the lace I wanted.  It was $40 for the veil.

I’m waiting on Shades of Pale and am working with Amalia. I think I ordered the most difficult dress out there, Jasmine Couture T142002. http://www.jasminebridal.com/ugC_Product_Detail.asp?hidP_kind=Bridal&hidP_style=COUTURE&hidj_line_order=1&hidP_Style_ID=T142002

I already ordered the same dress from DH Gate with less than perfect results. The dress is lovely and well made, just not the dress I ordered.

I thought about wearing it but really love the Jasmine gown. Wish me luck!
