@misschickpea:Why yes. There are several of us over in the aptly titled “Night Moves” thread.

By The Way, I’m a psych nurse.

@misschickpea: Yeppers. We tend to hang out here nightly. I’m an x-ray and CT tech and work in a hospital. We see our fair share of crazies too. Majority of them sent from workers like you matter of fact. 🙂

She’s right. It’s pretty much the best.

I actually love it because it works really well with our family. I hate working days, but this lets me work days when my kids are at school and nights (which I love) when they’re at their dad’s on the weekend. It means only needing a baby-sitter for a couple hours on Sunday when our schedules overlap.

@angel_baby_12_9: That’s nice that it works for your schedule. I think I would have a hard time flip-flopping. I do that enough as it is. 🙁

I work nights!  I work in IT and we are a 24 hr facility.  It gets reallly quiet haha.  I work 7 days on, 7 days off so it’s pretty awesome (unless you are on day 6 and 7 lol).

@angel_baby_12_9: Wow, it’s interesting to hear you like your schedule! From an outside perspective, it sounds really hard! I’m a nurse and work nights- some nights go fast, but when it’s slow, you can get so sleepy!!

I’m a peds nurse and I do 3 12hr shifts a week. I love that i get to tuck the kiddos back in after their middle of the night meds.
