You can totally do it, just work on checking off one thing at a time! 9 months is plenty, just work on a project while watching TV whenever you’re at home hanging out.

@MamaDIY:  mine does too… I feel like each time I complete one task I think of 10 more to add!  LOL!  I just keep reminding myself that its the personal little DIY touches that people will remember and appreciate 🙂

Ugh.  I’ve only got four months to go, and there’s still SO MUCH to do:

-150 masquerade masks

-Invitations (almost finished!)

-Address calligraphy (invitations)

-Escort cards and display

-Photobooth backdrop

-Chandelier covers

-Chair sashes

-Card box

-Cake stand

-Ring pillow

-Menus

-Table numbers

-Bridesmaid jewelry/accessories

-Ribbon wands

-Children’s activity packs

-Pearl hairpins

-Etched champagne glasses

-Hangers

…And more.  I think I’m going to die.

Yes, I feel overwhelmed sometimes….but I still have plenty of time and I figure if I do a little every day, it will eventually get done!  Unless I keep finding cute DIY ideas from other brides as I read posts….dernit!  lol

I feel so overwhelmed and I still have just under 10 months…But like vlvesq says as you finish one you think of 10 more. I keep changing my mind on what I think will work at my rennisance/glam wedding. It gets hard but I do one project at a time and check it off even one step at a time…watching my favorite shows..when my dear sons are doing homework…and mostly when I am at home and no one else here to inturrupt my artistic flow!

My boys are 9 and 12 but they leave little time with sports and other activities for me to do much…I started my list of to do things tonight that way when i get together with my Maid/Matron of Honor, who thankfully is awesome and really wants to help…We can maybe split up the list a little bit…She even offered to have the RSVP’s sent to her house so I don’t have to have that stress!!!I am so happy I chose her as my MOH!!!

@blurmeblue I had to finally write it all out because everytime I got on here I found new ideas…so I decided to write down the for sure list and quit looking for new projects…So here it is

Wishing Tree and Poem

All Center pieces (the are 2 one Short, and one tall)

Aisle runner

Dying rose petals

Fingerprint Tree/and instructions

Chair sashes

Pomander to decorate aisle

Ribbon wands

Programs (fans)

Hanging flower initals

Wedding arch/tent

Wedding party tanks/tee shirts

Card box (almost finished)

Favors

Favor boxes

and that is just the list the bridesmaids will see….this does not include what i will be making for them as their gifts for being so supportive….I surely need to get a time management system in order and soon…LOL
