@bkm0826:  Not a AAA member, but I used to work for their exclusive wholesale travel agency. (Basically, you go to the AAA office, they call my old company, my old company has the contracts with the hotels and stuff). If you’re finding it cheaper online show that to your AAA travel agent and see if they can pricematch it. Assuming it’s not from one of those flash-deal sites, they should be able to do it.

Our honeymoon is booked through AAA we had them price match and I’m happy so far.  My parents do everything through them and never have had an issue.  I will say while not as many options costco travel has even better deals than aaa

I’ve never used AAA directly to book, but I’ve used AAA discounts through American Airlines, and I’ve never had a problem. I love that discount! I’ll have to check out what we can get through AAA now!

@bkm0826:  I haven’t booked through them, although I’m intrigued by some of their cruises offered in that most recent vacation booklet they sent out!  Like PP, I just use their discounts at hotels and car rental places while travelling, it usually adds up to enough each year to pay for my membership cost!
