ahahahahaha!  when i first read your title, i thought it had something to do with brazilian bikini waxes and was (obviously) intrigued/scared/confused!

But, no, I havent had one.  I think they go by other names also and quite possibly Miss Potato Chips had one.  I’ll check and get back to you.

Yes…I have…and i actually had it done in Brazil! (Im brazilian). It was wonderful and lasted like 4 months and I would do it again in a heartbeat. it doesnt make your hair pin straight…it just makes it more manageable and you really can just get up and walk out the door with very little maintenance…but I will tell you that each treatment is different and results may vary…my mom goes to Brazil once a year to get it done there…she has naturally really frizzy wavy hair its def worth it!

I haven’t heard of brazillian blow out but I swear by the dominican ones..

I have very curly hair and when I come out of there my hair is super straight!  They can also make it straight with curls on the end..and its much better for your hair than a flat iron.  They just roller set your hair and then blow it straight with a blow  dryer..Love it!  I just wish they had a shop in denver

So, my question on this is if I were to get it done, does that mean that I can’t style my hair curly that entire time?

It will be very hard for you to style it curly unless you use a curling iron…is that what you mean?

I had it done at Christmas and my hair has never been healthier! Between using their sulfate free hair products, and the results, it… was…. awesome! The effects have worn off for the most part… but I’ve never been so in love with my hair! I was told that with the Brazilian blowout you CAN do curly hair. It’s not a “straightener” but it seals it from frizz… for me, that allowed me to simply blow dry my wavy hair stick straight without need for a straightener.
