Last week, some of you may remember that I posted about having a breast biopsy done. I had it done last Friday and as some of you said, it was not bad as I thought it would be. It hurt a little getting poked at first for the numbing stuff, but not too horrible, including when they were taking the samples (total of 4 samples). They ended up putting in those little titanium markers where they took the samples and I didn’t feel that either. I was a little sore for a couple days after, but again, nothing terrible. Kind of like a pulled muscle sort of feel. I have about a 3 inch bruise that is still quite hilighter yellow, but no horrible black and blue bruising. When I went in, I was super nervous and was hoping my husband would be able to come with me, but alas, he couldn’t be in the room with me. To make me feel more comfortable/less nervous, the technician got me a warm blanket to snuggle with during, and that was so sweet of her! Also as the best part, I finally got a call back from the doctor today and it was just a fibroadenoma (like one of the pps had mentioned they had) and nothing is wrong! So thank you to all that responded before and made it seem a little less scary!
