Darling Husband uses them from time to time for work travel, he has no issue with them, but like all rental places– they take a LONG time in the shop to get all the paperwork squared away.

I rented from them on a trip to San Francisco.  I’m not sure if it’s this way everywhere, but their facility wasn’t actually anywhere near the airport.  There is a rental car facility where all the other companies are located that you have to take a shuttle to from the airport, and from there I had to catch another pretty sketchy looking shuttle to Thrifty’s facility.  Also my car didn’t have a license plate (not even the temporary paper kind), so that was kind of weird.  But, it was super cheap and I didn’t really have any major problems, except that it took a while to pick up and return and it seemed vaguely sketchy.

Thrifty is a great deal. I believe the Orlando one is in the airport like you said, but eEven if they aren’t in the airport there will be a shuttle to take you to the vehicle
