So as part of Employee Health Week, my boss provided us minions with samples from My Fit Foods. According to the My Fit Foods sales rep, there is a 21 day program designed to help women lose 6-12 pounds through portion control and proper nuitrition. The daily plan consists of three prepared meals and two snacks. The food has little to no salt and are prepared to your dietary needs. You have to give up coffee and alcohol but are allowed one cheat meal a week. The sample I ate today was pretty good, and I would love to help give my body that extra boost in losing the last pounds of my goal. The major downside is that it’s really expensive, runs about $25 a day which for 21 days is about $525.
Before I commit to what is the equivalence of my monthly car payment, I was wondering if any Bees has tried this program and wanted to share their results?
