Not chicken salad, but I’ve switched out plain yogurt for sour cream on things (tacos, soup, baking, etc) and it works out just fine.

I don’t like Greek Yorgut, but I’ve switched out mayo and sour cream for nonfat plain yogurt before in creamy dishes and it’s worked so far.

@FutureMrs86:  I use greek yogurt in lieu of sour cream for dips, and it works well for that.  I think you just have to make a test batch and see if you like it.

I use natural yoghurt in replace of mayo for loads of things. Especially tuna and sweetcorn salad… mmmmmmm

No, but I hate mayo, so this sounds like a way I can finally enjoy chicken salad!

@FutureMrs86:  I haven’t but it would probably work.  If not, you could also try vegenaise, which is supposedly healthier than mayo.

@FutureMrs86:  I sometimes will do the 2:1 ratio with 2 parts Greek yogurt and 1 part mayo. Still has a bit of the mayo flavor but also the tang of the yogurt! It’s delicious! I usually add either grapes or apples along with pickles and onions, though thinks looks at me like I’m crazy lol 🙂
