So, I was a dancer in an academy for 11 years, once my ballet instructor retired I did as well. I really miss it a lot. I was never a traditionally thin ballerina, I was usually about a size 6 but weighed 145 pounds (lot of muscle). I was in the best shape of my life when I did ballet, I often look at my old pointe shoes and cry because of how passionate I was about ballet. Getting those pointe shoes was a huge accomplishment for me since I worked so hard to get them. I never cared about the dance routines, but I loved the fundamentals and exercises. Yeah, I’m a little odd, but it’s true.
Anyways, now I’m 21 and about a size 12 and weigh close to 190 pounds and I no longer feel confident or toned like I used to. I’m curious to know if any Bee’s have ever used a fluidity exercise bar for weight loss/muscle toning? I know they are crazy expensive, but I got lucky a few months ago and bought one with the three DVD’s and ball on my small towns facebook swap page. I only spent $80 on it so it was a steal!
I have yet to use it since I’ve been focusing on finishing up my nursing degree in school. I work as an LPN and am in school full time to get my BSN, I will be taking RN boards in the summer. My Fiance proposed to me on New Years Eve and so I just have a lot of positive things going on in my life and I want to get back in shape to reflect on the outside the way I feel on the inside.
I would love to know if anyone has used a fluidity bar and if they noticed results with it or how they felt about it. Please let me know if you have! I will have to get mine out of the basement soon and start using it and find out for myself but I would love to know if any other brides or soon to be brides have had luck with it! 🙂
