Never been to a wedding with a harpist, but I think it would be lovely!

We’re considering flute + harp for the ceremony. It fits with where it will be. 🙂

When my mom remarried several years ago, her dearest wish was to have a harpist at the wedding and it was my gift to her.  It’s very beautiful and lends itself well to a variety of wedding appropriate music.

I am having one 🙂  So excited – I think I am walking up to Canon in D and back down to Time to Say Goodbye – but I have been scouring Harp music to see if there is something I like better

My Harpist is playing before the ceremony and then a brief time after and then we are switching to an iPod for background music during Tea

We were considering it, but the prices were astronomical!  Sounds like we’ll be walking down the aisle to…..a cd. 🙂

We had a harpist!  The wedding party walked down to canon in d and I walked to trumpet voluntary.  She also played jazz music at the cocktail hour (which we missed bc we were taking pics).  It was very lovely and also unique!

The Harpist is beautiful and all live music adds such a personal touch.
