(Closed) Anyone get natural BFP after a wait?

Took us 8 months, had a mc and then took another 8 months to conceive DS. The waiting is tough but hang in there 🙂

KBelle12:  It took us 16 cycles. I have PCOS & did not ovulate many of those cycles (found that out once I started charting). Come our November cycle, we stopped charting for the holidays (wanted to eradicate our stress and enjoy time with family and friends), but started on Vitex (heard it would take some time for this herb to get into and work in the system) along with B6. I was told I would need Clomid to conceive and my OB/GYN wanted to do an HSG beforehand to make sure I was clear before I started Clomid. Well surprise! We just got our BFP and can’t believe it happened naturally. I thought Vitex made my cycle late (I would be that one it didn’t work for). Guess it worked it’s magic sooner rather than later. 

Hopefully they do not find any major issues with you and your Darling Husband and no further medical intervention is needed. Talk to your Doctor about progesterone cream (if your progesterone is low) and herbs (like Vitex or something else), see if any of those would suit you. Hoping you get your BFP very soon!!

KBelle12:  That’s so great!!!! I hope it sticks and this is your success story!! I’ve heard others say the ones with the pink lines are better but I wouldn’t know.

My best friends SIL was on a nasal spray for allergies that was keeping her from getting pregnant for 7 years. She stopped taking it randomly for a dumb reason and 2 months later, wham! BFP.

KBelle12:  Oh yay!!!! If you are questioning the blue dye tests, go to the store and get a First Response Early Result pink dye test. Those are supposed to be best. Use it first thing in the am so your urine is the most concentrated! Looks like a positive to me though!!!

KBelle12:  OMG I teared up when I saw your latest update!  So happy for you!  My husband said, “That’s not even a squinter!”, haha.

Don’t worry about not feeling any symptoms.  I didn’t have any, and am now in my 19th week.  I even asked the technician at our first ultrasound if there was anything inside there because I literally felt no different.
