I love using my crockpot!
There are tons of recipes, just google! I usually make chili, pulled pork, salsa chicken, stuff like that. I love being able to throw it all in and just walk away…

There is a blog called crockpot 365 and I have never been disappointed with a recipe from there. I especially like the beef stew and this honey garlic chicken:
I am making her Korean Beef Soft Tacos for dinner tomorrow! They look delicious.

I make this all the time…
And I either use red wine or beer for the liquid base. It’s always amazing and really moist. Sometimes I also will rub brown sugar/dijon mustard on the outside of the pork for a sweeter flavor. Fiance loves it 🙂

This one is also really easy, and came out delicious. Sadly, Fiance does not like beef stroganoff, so I won’t be making it again (but I think the recipe is awesome!)

The best cookbook I own is ‘not your mother’s slow cooker recipies.’
I cook whole chicken in mine. I butter it, then cover with several cloves (4-5) of minced garlic, then add about a cup or two of red wine. Around the chicken I thrown in whatever I have on hand, usually it’s red potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, fdd whole garlic cloves. I sprinkle the whole bowl with salt and pepper. Then I cook it all day. Usually 6-8 hours.

I love to make salsa chicken. you take 4-6 chicken breasts, jar of salsa, cream of mushroom soup, taco seasoning, and sour cream.
You put the chicken in the crockpot and cover them with the taco seasoning. then you mix the cream of mushroom and salsa together and pour that on top. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours. Before you serve, mix in 8 oz of sour cream. It will look gross, but be totally delicious. We serve it over chips or wrapped up in tortilla skins. Delicious!!!!

I have been making salsa chicken (which I saw on a previous slowcooker thread, tried it, and loved it)
Put boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot (I use about a pound). then put a packet of taco seasoning on top of the chicken. in a seperate container, mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 jar of salsa, then pour the mixture over the chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours. 10 minutes before serving, add 1 container sour cream.
I usually eat it as a dip with tostitos or in a grilled wrap. its delicious!
