My hair was pretty long at the wedding but I didn’t grow it out just for the wedding, I like long hair anyway.  I am slowly cutting it shorter, I think I will get it to my collarbone eventually.

@indibee: Ah, that just means you’re better at this than I am because you’re right, I’m a blonde!  I won’t take offense that I must “sound like a blonde” so I’ll just say “good call” hahaha.  😉

I had a pixie cut in 2007, and have been growing it out since. My hair is now at my natural waist. I can’t wait to cut it short again after the wedding! I never wear it out of a ponytail anyways, since I’m in nursing. : /

Mine has only grown a couple of inches since we got engaged. It grows really slow, so I started taking vitamins. The first pic was rign after we got engaged in March. The second one was when I got my dress in September. I’m trying to get it long enough so it’s still about the length it is now, when it’s curled.

Ugh I have been growing mine out but have had a couple inches trimmed off along the way to get rid of some damage caused by a bad highlight job

Here it is last Nov after it was butchered by a bad stylist – I would kill to have my daughter’s hair – thank goodness she did not get my hair

Here it is a couple of weeks ago – this is as long as it has to be to be put up in a low messy curled updo

I’m growing out my hair. In June I went to a new hair place and the girl did nt listen to me at all and cut very short layers in my hair (it was still long but instead of “subtle layers” the shortest ended up being a little shorter than where my nose is lengthwise, and my hair was breast length. Grr. So I’m growing out those damn obnoxious layers. I like my hair long on me, and my partner likes it long. I just want it super long for the wedding!

Honeyoats, I LOVE your hair! It’s so nice and thick and perfect!

I’ve always had long hair (since my mom cut it short and layered when I was 8), and wouldn’t dream of anything else for my wedding. I also dyed it back dark from blonde for my wedding.

I’ve been dying my hair blonde forever, but I’m thinking about going back to my natural brown until a few weeks before the wedding, so it’ll grow better between now and then. If it still isn’t long enough, I’ll get extensions!!

I had fairly long hair, maybe just short of my shoulder blades, but then I got sick of it and cut it to an inverted bob. I figured I still had enough hair that a stylist could do an updo, I’d just have to find some new inspiration pics. Or I had 7 months to grow it out. Well, I had all intentions of keeping this length but I had a bit of hassle at work with it (military hair rules, they suck) so I think I’ll grow it out. I still have a fair bit of length so I think I’ll be good to go for the end of June.

I cut my hair about a month ago, and here is me now.

Wikipedia says hair grows about 6 inches a year, so I should be able to get 3 more inches. Good! I kinda wish I hadn’t cut it now though.
