i HATE running… cardio is def a test of endurance… and lung capacity!

i am trying to slowly add it in into my workouts, i started doing the burn fat boost metabolism video which is all cardio, but fun through kickboxing!

YES I absolutely hate it! But I LOVE the feeling that it gives me. It makes me get up & go for the day & makes me want to do so much more. I haven’t been doing my cardio recently though because I’ve been sick & I feel like a lazy bum. But I’m right there with you girl! HATE IT!

Yeah, I kind of hate doing cardio too, but I do it because I know I have to. If you do cardio at the gym, it can help to switch machines every 10 to 15 min. That way it doesn’t become so borring.

I actually really like cardio, as long as it’s outside, or in a group (i.e. spinning). It’s weight training that I can’t stand, I find it boring and don’t feel energized after.

Haha I was just thinking this to myself last night at the gym. I hate even going but love the feeling of accomplishing something especially healthy.

Ugh I hate cardio too! And, I really hate weight training bc as @egb said, its really boring and its not energizing at all. I think if cardio didnt feel like it was going to be the death of me I wouldnt mind it so much. But as @Lee said, I love the after feeling!

::raises.hand:: Me, Me! I despise cardio! Especially running, which wouldn’t be such a big deal, but I’m in the military have have to do a physical training test every year.

I absolutely HATE cardio.  Well, I pretty much hate working out.  But I love the way I feel when I’m done.  And the fact that I’m thinner/healthier isn’t a bad thing either!  I alway admire those people that love working out, I just can’t get into it.  Like the endorphins just don’t kick in!  I work out 4 x’s a week, and each time I do 45 mins of cardio, then a muscle group.  The cardio is by far the worst, I usually use 2 different types of machines because its like I have ADD if I stay on one.  Ugh, I wish there was an easier way!
