We’re having a frites bar for our day-after luncheon/Buddhist blessing ceremony. People will be milling about in a room set up for the ceremony, with mimosas and the bar featuring Parmesan frites with 3 sauces, American boardwalk fries and chipotle ketchup, and little dishes of poutine. I know it sounds kind of weird, but we did a tasting and it was DELISH! Lunch is a regular seated 3-course luncheon.
Has anyone else had a frites bar? How did it go over?
