@Mrs.Lotus: The matching thing was something I was concerned about when we were looking at designing a ring. Also I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to paint my nails colours because it would look weird. It doesn’t bother me now though, I am really glad that I went with what I wanted and it is so different.

I have only had her for about 2 months so I am still very much in love!! haha. I am thinking that I will get a band that I can wear alone or an alternate wedding ring that I can wear if I don’t think a big pink sparkley is appropriate.

@Mrs.Lotus: I really loved looking at all of the gorgeous romantic gemstone e-rings on here. They’re all so unique and exotic! Definitely not the same old boring thing ๐Ÿ™‚ Mine is a pink morganite that my honey designed all by himself. I LOVE it so much I always stare at it. Yes even while I’m driving lol!

@KatyElle: I totally have ring envy, <3 it!

I never wanted a diamond, thinking I wanted to be different…hahaha jokes on me, gem stone e-rings are rather popular.

I went round and round between a pink sapphire and the morganite.  I went for the morganite because I loved the shade of pink it was.

Mine’s a three-stone amethyst with super-tiny diamonds on the band.

I’ve only heard nice comments about it! To my face, at least… in fact one of my friends/bridesmaid seriously wishes her ring was an amethyst, too! Gemstone rings are fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

@Hermia: your ring is absolutely gorgeous…i love the way the prongs are arranged, and the green color of the tourmaline just pops in the rose gold.  i found the seller on etsy…do you mind if i contact him about having an aquamarine ring in white gold made with a similar design?  (not the same, but similar…mostly in the arrangment of the prongs.  gosh i can’t get over how cool it is, the way the shank splits and they criss-cross underneath the stone!)  i know i could probably go ahead and do it without asking but that feels wrong to me, lol.

@Pretty Pink Bling: Holy Moly!  That is quite the ROCK.  Do you wear that everyday?  Does it ever get in the way?
