Mine is easy chicken pot pie for 2 to 3 people
- 2 breast of chicken
- 2 cups Mixed frozen veggies (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 Can of Cream of chicken Soup
- 1 egg
- 1 small can pillsbury croissant rolls
- Dried Rosemary (optional)
Pre-heat over to 375 degrees. Cube chicken and flour cook through in hot saute pan. Once chicken is throughly cooked add the mixed veggies (you can add other veggies if you like). After about 5 minutes add the can of condensed cream of chicken soup. Once indregiants are cooked throughly transfer over to glass over safe cooking dish. Cover ingredents with the croissant rolls (lay them flat). Wisk egg and brush on top of croissant rolls to give golden brown and sprikle top with rosemary for flavor. Put in oven until croissants are golden brown. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
