Mmm, I love veggie kabobs – green, yellow, red, and orange peppers, button mushrooms, green olives, red onion, and black olives. Cherry tomatoes are delicious but can be messy 🙂

You can place chicken or steak on with either of these.

If you want sweet kabobs, chicken/steak/ham with pineapple, apples, and a bit of a lemon/honey glaze is delicious as well. Mmmmm. Now I can’t wait for Mr.ND to bring my grill up to my apartment!

Hmm, now that I think of it, I wonder if one could make thai kabobs, with chicken, carrots, red pepper, some onion, and then a glaze of honey, soy, peanut sauce and then sprinkle with crushed peanuts after they’re cooked and coated again. Ok, I have to leave this thread for good 🙂
