Sadly, I don’t think there is a magic way to get rid of cellulite, just temporary reduction by stimulating the lymphatic system by rubbing in a lotion.  If you lose weight, cellulite can become less visible though.

yeah there are expensive treatments that are temporary (they say permanent but its not really) but not worth the $. Cellulite is cause by the fat pockets that begin to build/grow differently. weight loss will help. I am a pretty tiny chic but I gt cellulite when i go over 125 pouds. Stupid 30 year old metabolism!

I’ve been trying to get rid of mine for years n it sucks having it..what I notice helps reduce the appearance is massaging my thighs every night and not lightly I press hard n do it for 15 min each thigh..I talk to Fiance while doing it so time passes faster..it does smooth out the lumps but once you stop they’ll come back,so try n be consistent also try self tanners ,I’m Hispanic but light skinned so the cellulite shows more on my skin tone :/

I’m thin and I still have some. It’s not too bad, but I’m paranoid. 🙁 I find that when I drink caffeine it gets so much worse, so I have completely cut it out. It was hard for about two weeks, but now it has been months and I don’t miss it. There are a few things I do regularly to help reduce the appearance. No caffeine, exercise, regular massages, LOTS of water, using Nivea’s Good Bye Cellulite every night before bed, and when I shower I stand under freezing cold water for a few seconds before I get out. It really helps with the circulation. It’s a lot to do, but it really seems to help me. Self tanners also disguise the lumps a bit.
