Affairs to Remember – We still joke about our meeting with them. their rep told us they were the only ones that had refrigerated trucks and we were like, no that’s probably not true. he also called us “special customers”, which sounded weird and fake. the food was totally mehhh and they charged way more than everyone else did.

Proof of the Pudding- it took them forever to respond to our emails, and they couldn’t be flexible enough to meet with us on the weekend.

Bold American- great food, rep was awesome and very responsive. We almost went with them, especially since our venue offered a 1K discount if we booked with them. Ultimately though, we just felt like they were a little too corporate for us personally, but I would highly recommend them based on our tastings and how nice they were to work with when we were getting our quote.

For our seated dinner, most of the quotes we got ranged in the $65/pp range without booze. That was for like a fish or meat entree choice, nothing fancy.

It sounds like your venue is the Biltmore. Those were our choices Smile. We decided to go with Bold American. I loved their food and they were able to customize our choices. Plus the 1,000 discount definitely doesn’t hurt.

We also had a tasting with Carole Parks – they have one of the lowest costs. However, I felt like their food was bland and wasn’t that memorable.

Our other tasting was with Endive – I don’t think they were on your list and they were great. I really liked their customer service, but I think Bold had better numbers.

I received quotes from all the others, but for some reason I didn’t go with them either their offerings, price points, or customer service.

Good luck!
