jessehiggason :  Thank you so much ๐Ÿ˜. My Fiance picked it all on his own! For the first two months I wore it all the time except in the shower, even as I slept, but as I read up on it I realized it should be babied more than I was doing.

Occasionally I’ll keep it on in the house if I wore it out, but yea, I don’t really wear it in the house. I plan on keeping my wedding band on in the house as it is made of diamonds and sapphires.

imo91 :  Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve been admiring your ring since you started posting it, I just love the design and the combination of ruby and rose gold, so lovely and unique! Which part of Surrey are you from? I’m in Guildford ๐Ÿ™‚

My center is onyx. It’s pretty soft (relatively speaking) on the mohs scale (6.5-7). But I don’t really baby it at all. I just avoid wearing it when I’m using chemicals for cleaning because onyx is porous. Though if it’s something quick like my cat hacked up a hairball, I keep it on. I also take it off when swimming because of the chlorine or when at the beach because one of my friends lost her wedding ring in the ocean. It’s only been about 4 months, but it’s held up pretty well so far.

I have pink morganite in a rose gold setting. I <3 it. It’s a little cloudy right now – need to clean it.

southernbellebee :  I have the same problem with my morganite. Still adore it though!
