Anyone have sweet tea recipe for Chinese Tea Ceremony?

Pak hup is the Cantonese for lily. Stir fired lily is tasty, never tried it in tea though.

Yes you need to remove the shell and seed of longons before brewing the tea.

Usually rock sugar (冰糖) is used to sweetern the tea.

I personally think pre-packed Eight Treasure Tea (八寶茶) would be very nice for the tea ceremony. Rock sugar is already include in the package.
