IMHO-it will look strange if your fiance has 3 grooms men and you have no one standing on your side..people may wonder and ask questions…Are there any other friend or family member willing to help ya out?

I am having future 18 year old stepdaughter and my Maid/Matron of Honor and Fiance is having his 12 year old son (my future stepson) as his Bridesmaid or Best Man.  We are having 2 ringbearers and 1 flower girl. Thats how we want it and don’t really care if people wonder or ask questions.

I don’t think that would be weird at all! It’s your wedding, there are no rules, if what works best for you guys is just the two of you up there, go for it! I think it’s classy

We’re having my brother beside me as my man of honor and his brother beside him as his best man. I don’t think it’s weird at all and I actually think it makes it more special for us.  It’s also been easier as far as getting things together for the bridal party.  We also thought about none at all and we thought that was a good option too but we decided we wanted just those two up with us.

We’re not having Bridesmaid or Best Man or Groomsmen.  I definitely didn’t want them because my two closest friends are out-of-state.  One can only be in town for the day of the wedding.  The other will have a newborn, so I don’t want her to feel torn if the baby needs something. It just didn’t feel right to ask someone so they could be a place filler to even things out.

This is a slight sore point for FI’s brother, but he’ll get over it.

We are not having any of that.  Our sons are 18 and almost 13.  The oldest is going to play guitar for the processional.  If he chickens out, then he might walk me down the aisle instead.  My younger son will be the ring bearer, and our 7 year old Dirty Delete will be a flower girl.

That’s it.  No Bridesmaid or Best Man or Maid/Matron of Honor or any of that and it’s all good.

We are not having any. Our ceremony will only be about 20 people and just the two of us standing up front.
