@SoontobeMrsFisette:  I just created a post about this also! It seems to be a common question regarding Aruba. We want to say at Bucuti and Tara BUT we really like to drink also! I’m afraid Fiance will run up our bill super high! LOL

@SoontobeMrsFisette:  That would be so funny! We are going 7/7 to 7/14. I just looked at Amsterdam Manor’s website – check them out. Their rates are pretty low for the cheapest room and their all inclusive is $125/per person/day. I am wondering if it would be worth it to eat breakfast/lunch/3-4 dinners there (they have dining on the beach!) and then choose a couple nights to spend at other restaurants on the island.

Also – I am OBSESSED with going on the Kukoo Kunuku! LOL. http://www.kukookunuku.com/

@SoontobeMrsFisette:  My Fiance and I just booked our honeymoon today and we are going to be staying at Amsterdam Manor from 7/2 – 7/9.  Can’t wait!

@sweetpea1813:  Glad to hear you liked Amsterdam Manor!  I can’t wait to go there ๐Ÿ™‚

@arielmerms:  Did you add on the all inclusive package? We are deciding between Amsterdam Manor and Bucuti and Tara. We will be there from 7/7-7/14 ๐Ÿ™‚

@weatherbug:  no, I’ve heard that the island has really good food, so we’ll be trying new restaurants every night.  Both Amsterdam Manor and Bucuti and Tara had excellent reviews on trip advisor… I think Amsterdam Manor is cheaper.

@arielmerms:  Yep it is… we are debating what to do about the all inclusive package AM offers because we both do like to drink on vacation and dont want to run up a huge bill on booze. I have heard to not do it becuase of all the awesome restaurants.

Now we just have to decide what resort to go to…. AM is cheaper which would leave us with more $$ to spend on alcohol/food/excursions but I think B&T may be a tad bit nicer….

@SoontobeMrsFisette:

If any of you go with Amsterdam Manor, do you mind posting a recap? Fiance and I are thinking of doing a ceremony between the fofoti trees then our reception at passions on the beach ๐Ÿ™‚

My side of the family loves to drink while his not so much, so I wanted a resort that had both options and this one has incredible reviews and prices!

Also- let me know if you see any flamingos. I’m kind of obsessed with the fact that they might walk by during our wedding haha

@arielmerms:  I’m okay with that! I’m just looking for some good recent reviews of the place, it seems to be one of the best on the island and the price seems almost too good to be true
