herrera2016 :  How do I keep from obsessing over it? I don’t…let me know that secret when you figure it out.

I got a BFP my first cycle but it ended in a MC. The only symptom I had was bloating, and even that happens randomly to me sometimes so I really wasn’t expecting to be pregnant. This is our first cycle actively trying since then, and I’ve been really bloated this week so of course my brain is screaming THERE IS A CHANCE. And my logic is going “or it could be those 18 slices of bread you’ve eaten this week coming back to haunt you.”

I read in another thread that a girl was practically punching her boobs every two minutes just to see if they were sore (and then of course they got very sore because of all the testing). I think that describes my mental status pretty well…but I’m trying really hard to be all zen about it and ‘it will happen when it happens.’

My temp didn’t drop at 10 dpo, which it always did. I had food poisoning the day before and just assumed I had a fever, but tested just for the heck of it. Strong BFP. Had no symptoms, though.

4th cycle trying. The obsession never goes away but you get better at distracting yourself from it lol. Currently nearing the end of my TWW – 14dpo and temp is still high, so I’m hopeful. I’ve been experiencing normal AF symptoms; bloating, tender breasts, mood swings, increased appetite, tired all the time. But last night I woke up every hour feeling like my body was on fire from the inside out. I couldn’t get comfortable to the point where it gave me anxiety. The past couple of days I’ve been oddly nauseous too. Not overwhelming, just like maybe I ate something a little off. AF is due tomorrow! FX!

I’ve had some unsual signs (increased appetite, craving sweets, boob swelling, vivid dreams, etc.) and I am officialy 14DPO today, but I got antsy and curious and POAS yesterday evening and got nothin’. No signs of AF though. I’m also kind of assuming my O date based on my period tracker app, I don’t temp/chart (not actively TTC yet). If AF doesn’t visit by this time next week I’ll POAS again methinks.

I never had any TWW symptoms (I also was NOT symptom spotting) so the only things that happened were I thought I was going to get my period (period cramps around the time my period would be coming) but then it didn’t show up.  With my first I didn’t find out until 8 weeks since I had heavy implantation bleeding I assumed was my period.  I didn’t get pregnancy symptoms that stuck around until 6-8 weeks along.  I think most people mistake progesterone side effects for pregnancy symptoms (because they’re paying very close attention to their bodies when they normally don’t notice these minor things).

UK-bee :  Thanks so much! My mind has been so back and forth today “you are. No youre not. but maybe you are? NO! you can’t be. But just maybe!!” lol. I have an irrational fear that I’m anovulatory. Really wish I could be as calm, cool & collected as you. FX for you!

herrera2016 :  Hahahah that was me last night!!! Couldn’t be bothered to cook because I was so tired, so I ordered a pizza. And OMG same with the hotness?! Weird. I wonder if that’s a legit symptom. Last night I vividly dreamt about charting lol. Vivid dreams are commonly reported as a good sign though! Do you get shaky or nauseous when you’re hungry? That’s been happening to me a lot this week. Sometimes right after I eat, it’s as if I could throw up but I need to eat again.

Attached a snap of my chart if anyone cares to have a look.

I got my bfp 2 days ago. I really thought we were out this month as I never got any implantation bleeding like I did with first baby. No sore boobs etc

I tested on 10dpo and got a stark negative. Didn’t plan on testing again.

I then tested on 14dpo as that day I had been peeing like crazy, had been very windy and felt queasy for a short time. It’s not like me at all to fluff so much and I remember that I was the same the first time around.

I took a test and was very surprised to see a faint positive. Definitely not a squinter.

It’s much darker today and I’ll do one tomorrow to make sure!

Good luck

SundayKat :  I’m not really that chilled but kidding myself helps. And I’m not a whizz on charts but that looks blimmin’ good to me. Fellow top charter bees can tell you for sure.
