I’ve reached the point with my weight where I’m so unhappy and uncomfortable that I’m starting to avoid social situations. I must change before I fritter away anymore of my life.
I was wondering if anyone wanted to partake in a daily thread where we share what we’ve eaten, drank and what exercise we’ve done? Could also share stats, weight loss triumphs and low points.
