It’s actually a good idea to find out first hand what others think because reviews could be “bought” by the company or faked by employees etc…

A friend of mine at work ordered her Bridesmaid dresses from them and she loved them. She said they came a month after they were ordered (all with custom measurements) and she couldn’t be happier.

I didn’t buy shoes from them, but I did buy a dress and a bolero, and I think it came out AMAZING! You can see my post here about it:

My JJShouse Chinese wedding dress!

Do keep in mind, I didn’t buy the shoes from them, just everything else.

I had such a horrible experience with them! Please avoid them. If the dress doesn’t fit properly (mine was poor proportions), or is not the color expected, you will only be offered a 10% refund! Please AVOID.

And forget about communicating with them as you would a reputable company. They are based in CHINA, and only communicate through email with giving you a ridiculous ticket #. Also took a month to get dress. Chipping was almost $30!!

Avoid ladies. Please.

We ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from them.  All of them did the custom measurements option.

1 dress arrived WAY ahead of schedule and fit perfectly.  The other 2 needed alterations (one quite a bit)

So the reviews are spot on.  If you’ve got TIME to spare to correct a mistake, go ahead.  Its cheap and you are taking a risk by ordering from them…but they are capable of doing it right, but you’ve got to accept that you’re gambling that they could get it wrong.

Oops I didn’t see that this is a really old thread until just now!
