Envelopemall.com is pretty cheap! I bought Stardream Metallic envelopes from them. They have a bunch of different papers including ready made pocketfolds.

I used frenchpaper.com  

They have huge sizes (needed for the pocketfold) and envelopes to match every color.  If you call and ask for them to send you samples, they send a huge package with booklets of every color of paper the sell, for free.

I ordered mine from http://www.paperandmore.com. they carry the metalic cardstocks and pocketfolds and for $3 you can ask them to custom cut to the sizes you need.

We bought 20 sheets of the 40 X 26 paper and had it cut to sheets of 5 X 26 for our pocket folds (we will still need to cut a little off the end) and will have enough left over for place cards & Save-The-Date Cards to be matted on. We also bought 250 nice envelopes for our Save-The-Date Cards and invitation and it was all under $100 including shipping & cutting.
