Bodyrock.tv has a bunch of videos that you can follow! They have a lot of them, so you can do a different one every day and not get bored! 🙂

I like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD for a short workout. They are only 20 minutes long, so it can easily be done in the morning before you go to work.

I just finished jillian michaels body revolution.  Its a 90 day work out program, and all tapes are only 30 minutes each.  There is a diet plan that goes along with the work out, but I didnt do that.  Easy enough to fit in your schedule, and you will see results.

Get out and go for a run, then come home and do a variety of push-ups, ab work, and other bodyweight excercises. I’d be happy to share more if you’d like.. send me a message.

@Edelweiss:  i too say Jillian Michaels. I LOVE her kickboxing DVD. I think its MUCH better of a workout than the 30 day shred. Same format, 3 workouts at 30 min a piece. I also like her yoga DVD. Its abour 40 minutes i think, and amazing.

I really like many of the 10 minute pilates videos on Netflix. They’re not too crazy, but I definitely feel the burn. Some of them also let you choose your level. The best part is that the time commitment is next to nothing.

If you have the space, buy an elliptical trainer. They’re great and so simple to us – great for cardio and keeping you toned (make sure you get one where you can alter the resistance to make you work harder!).

Learn how to dance samba! It’s seriously one heck of a workout, but at least it’s fun. It’s excellent cardio and helps get you toned. Here’s a vid that teaches you how:

I did DDR in college. I bought a PS2 and played for an hour 5 days a week that with 30 mins of walking most days.  I lost 12 pounds in a few months.
