Clear polish is what I’m planning on.

I usually have long nails and i was horrified when two broke (my ring finger one was the first to go) just a few days before the wedding!

I ended up doing a french manicure (just painted, not fake nails) and it looked perfect on the wedding day…. I felt like I had my regular ‘long’ nails – even though in reality they were stubs!

I’m getting a pale pink color for the wedding. I don’t do fake nails ever so I think a nice light or clear polish is good!

I did OPI’s ballet slipper for my nails.  It’s a nice soft pink hue.  I’m not a fan of the french and I’ve been told by my friends that my natural nails are nice so I didn’t need fakes.  A lot of nail polish companies have ‘bridal inspired’ colors these days so you don’t have to feel ‘stuck’ doing the french.  I totally would have done color, but my bouquet was red roses and I didn’t want to detract.

I’m not getting them! I hate the way they feel on my nails! I am just getting my nails painted (red) the day before the wedding! I wanted to throw some color in there, and I cant stand fakies!

I’m not doing fake nails but then again I only had them once and hated them.  I’m doing a very light pink sheer polish.

I’m getting a overlay with American mani or a neutral pale pink.

You can have a french manicure without fake or long nails.  When I get french manicures I always have my nails very short – less white, which I like better anyway.  But wearing solid colors is nice also – you could use one of the colors in the wedding.

I’m not getting them.  I can’t wear them for my job either, but I don’t even like them anyway, so it’s not an issue for me. I am not doing a French manicure either. I am wearing a very pale pink or nude and getting a regular manicure and that is it.
