It seems like almost every bride goes through dress regret at one point or another. There are sooo many posts about dress regret and I was (and still kind of am) one of those brides. If any of you are the lucky ones that NEVER experienced dress regret, please share photos of your dress and how you never ever questioned it!!

@sofiekitty: no regret ever!
Saw this dress online, went to the store, put it on, bought it.

@sofiekitty: I bought my dress in July, then got married the following April. I never had ‘regret’ but a little part of me wondered if I made the right decision. I also lost about 20 lbs between buying the dress and my wedding day. That all said, I LOVED my dress. It was very “me” and I was very happy with my decision. Best of luck to you!

My Fiance proposed on Christmas at midnight. I went dress shopping 3 days later. My appointment was scheduled for 12 noon. I walked out with a dress by 2:45 p.m.
I tried on maybe 4 dresses and narrowed it down to
1. this Pronovias 2013 Distel gown
and the actual one that I chose
2. 2012 Enzonia Gianna gown
(second fitting and bustled)
Neither one of these photos really show how much my dress sparkles nor do I have a proper photo to show the train. The gown is simply beatiful in person and it’s comfortable! It’s really dramatic where the first one was sweet and safe. It’s what most people would expect sweet little TaurianDoll to wear. But I wanted to feel like a queen so I chose the second dress.
I haven’t looked at another dress since. I had a wonderful consultant who let me try on every shape and style that I THOUGHT I wanted. But when I tried them on, they weren’t flattering and really not my style at all. I never thought I’d end up with an A-line gown with pick ups but I simply love my dress.

I picked the first dress I tried on. I tried on about 10 others, in many styles, just to make sure. But I love my dress and couldn’t imagine anything better.

Never had dress regret!
We got engaged in February of last year; I went dress shopping in March, and this was the first dress I tried on. I tried on a few more but knew it was the one. Still, since everyone talks so much about dress regret, i waited until December to actually buy it. It came in in March, a year after I picked it out. Getting married in August and I still love it!

It was the first dress I tried on, and I never had regrets. Darling Husband still tells me how much he loved my dress all the time!

The only reason I had even the slightest twinge of concern about my dress was because I shared it on here! So because the dress wasn’t so popular on here, I was a little uncertain about wearing it, but when I showed the photos to my bridesmaids, they loved it! I got so many compliments on the day, and people asking whether I had had the dress specially made for me, because the design suited me and my personality down to the ground.

I bought my dress before I was officially engaged, when I went to “try dresses on” with plans of seeing what shapes worked on me so I could pick a used dress up on Craigslist. I picked this dress off the rack by myself, tried it on first. Tried on a bunch of others, but just came back to it. The photo doesn’t do it justice because the fabric has a texture that makes it really interesting but still subtle. Plus, mine is ivory, not white. No regrets!!!
