We didn’t have an official one. We went out to dinner and drinks the night before our rehearsal dinner with just the bridal party so that everyone could get to know each other (none of his guys knew my girls). We had a lot of fun, it made the wedding weekend feel more extended, and we got to spend more time with our out of town attendents.

we’re not! we’re going to go out together in a big group the week of the wedding when we’re all in town.

Still undecided.. we might do something small the night before the rehearsal dinner since out of town friends will be there.. but definitely not a full-blown thing.

I did have a small one, but I wasn’t planning on it. A friend who was not a bridesmaid offered to do it. I had told my Maid/Matron of Honor that I did NOT want t bachelorette party, because she lives across the country and would only be on town a few days before the wedding. I definitely did not want a bachelorette a few days before the wedding. My husband did not have a bachelor party.

We didn’t do your typical bachelor/bachelorette party. We have kids and rarely get to go out together so we got the whole wedding party together and just had one big party. I had my shower with the girls and family while the guys did a brewery tour. We grilled out at our house and then took a stretch escalade to a comedy club and bars afterwards.

It wasn’t the typical party, but it so fun and the bridal party got to know each other better!
