@Fluffmallow:  My fiance and I booked a photographer but we recently canceled on her. We were not under contract with her thank goodness and she was very understanding.  We started looking at houses not expecting to find anything. We ended up finding the house of our dreams and we couldnt pass up the opportunity. So we are using our photography money towards our house. My matron of honor is a photographer and she did our engagement pictures. She volunteered to take pictures after the ceremony and I’m gong to have a family member take pictures of the ceremony. My DJ takes pictures all throught the night at reception so I think we are pretty much covered. We also did the same thing with our caterer. Our original caterer passed away and we were in the process of finding a new one. Then one day on my way to work I got hit head on my a full sized work truck (I was not injured Thank The LOrd!) So we had to get me a new car and that destroyed some of our wedding budget so we are just having the basics at the wedding which we are making ourselves. *ITS NOT ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU SPEND OR WHO IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER OR CATERER! ITS ABOUT MARRYING YOUR BEST FRIEND AND MOVING ONTO THE NEXT CHAPTER IN YOUR LIVES!*We chose this house over our photographer! lol I think its worth it:)

@MxH13:  I’m not trying to sway anyone’s opinion.  You could say a painting is a painting, a book is a book, etc. etc.
