We are getting married on a Saturday but we aren’t leaving for our honeymoon until monday. Our flight leaves early on monday so we wanted to have a day to relax before heading out.

Hi date twin! We are getting married Sunday of Labor Day weekend as well! We are leaving for our honeymoon the Friday after our wedding primarily because that’s the day our week condo stay starts. We will go back to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after the wedding.

Oh and we are headed to Napa and then spending a couple of days in San Francisco. I’m excited!

Our reception ends at 8pm on Saturday and we are catching a bus to the airport at 3:15am Sunday! Laughing

You’re in Colorado in September and you’re not going to a least enjoy a couple days off of work?! Take Tuesday as well at a fancy B&B or hiking or something together before going back to work. We’re taking two days in Estes Park – it just seemed a little depressing to go straight back to work.

Are wedding is on a Saturday, then on Sunday we are having another party “poprawiny” at his parent’s house…..Polish tradition. Relaxing Monday, and then leaving for our honeymoon on Tuesday,

I WISH we had a day in between but we had to pay for the beach house from Sunday – Sunday and don’t want the money to go to waste. I think it’ll be fine but we’ll definitely be TIRED.

Our wedding was on a Saturday night and we left Monday morning for our honeymoon.  There was no way with everything going on that we wouldve been packed and ready to go for a Sunday flight.  Plus we had a brunch at the in-laws house on Sunday and didnt want to miss it!

We’re leaving 2 days after our wedding, so we don’t have to rush to the airport shortly after the wedding ends.

Our wedding is on a Saturday ending at 3:30pm and we catch a plane that evening at 7pm.  Not feeling too rushed about it.  When it comes to trips, I’m an extreme planner.  So I know we’ll be [overly] prepared a few days before; just have to change, grab bags and head to the airport.  Cool

We’re leaving 2 days after the wedding so we can have breakfast with out Out of Town guests, spend some time relaxing, and not have rush to the airport the morning after we get married.

We are having a Destination Wedding, so we’ll be on a minimoon from Monday to Wednesday (married on Saturday).  But since my FH works for a baseball team, we will not be able to go on our full honeymoon until baseball season is over!  It’s bad enough that I had to plan my weddign around baseball season (even spring training!), but now we have to put off our honeymoon as well.

I’m especially dissapointed about this because we were planning on ttc right after the wedding, but I don’t want to be preggers on my honeymoon so now ttc is delayed too!

Sometimes I hate baseball 🙂

I’m not even sure if we WILL have a honeymoon or not (Seeing as we’re paying for our wedding AND just bought a house that we’re moving into in 3 weeks!! EEE!) but if we DO I definitely don’t want to go right away!  Maybe a few days after the wedding, but if we have Out of Town family/guests I’d like to be able to spend a day or two with them if they’re making the trip to see us!  I also don’t want to be rushed.
