I can’t view my private messages on WeddingBee, I think because I’m on Safari/Mac. (The issue is that the search bar and advertisement box at the right — the one with wedding bands currently at the top — sits directly on top of the message inbox…. and i can’t click on messages.)
Anyone else have this problem?
PS: if you wrote to me today, or in the past, and I didn’t reply, that’s why! I’m sorry!
PPS: I posed this on “support” pages but got no reply.

Hi sleepylittlesailor – I have a Mac at home and use Safari to access weddingbee there, but have never had this problem. Sorry! You could also try downloading firefox.

I use both and haven’t had a problem – maybe you need a Safari update? Or, like shelliduke suggested, try Firefox.

I’m on a Mac but use Firefox most of the time. It’s likely that weddingbee doesn’t design their site for Safari uers.

I use safari and I have never had a problem. I’m using a macbook pro with a 15″ widescreen, if that makes a difference (my internet pages always show up in a wider screen than other computers I’ve used… so I can actually see more most of the time.)

yeah, my mac is narrower….hmmm.
but: interesting that no one else has had the problem.
i’ve had a similar problem before — a news website was kind of jumbled, boxes moved in weird ways — and it did turn out to be a safari compatibility problem. the company responded and tweaked their site, and the problem disappeared.
thanks for the input, y’all!

I got your post about this two weeks ago!
Safari and WeddingBee: Did you know there’s a problem??
I responded immediately but you never wrote back… I’m kinda bummed to see you say that no one ever replied… 🙁 Maybe it was a different post or something, and I missed it somehow.
Bee uses a Safari on her Mac at home, so we test everything for Safari… the site renders ok for us? If you email a screenshot to the email address I mentioned in the link above, I can definitely take a look. 🙂
In the meantime, here’s the link to the private messages feature!

I use Safari on a Mac and don’t have any problems. Have you updated your Mac lately? I know if I put of OS updates, it starts to act wonky altogether.
