I haven’t worn any of my rings since being stuck at/working from home since March. But I also hate the feel of rings, so it’s not a big deal to me.

I was one of those people who always took their rings off at home. Nine months into the pandemic I really started to miss wearing them. I bought myself a second wedding set and now I wear rings every day. Sometimes full sets, sometimes just bands, sometimes just erings, and I mix and match. It’s fun and I like something beautiful to look at on my finger.

I’ve been wearing my mom’s engagement ring most of the time. It’s smaller than my actual one so feels more casual, but still gives me some sparkle to enjoy!

@bgumby:  I am the same. I tend to just pop my wedding ring on when  going to shops. As I am working from home I don’t tend to wear my rings. Before lockdown I would always take them off as soon as I got home.

Well since I am working from home and also have an infant I am only wearing an enso ring! No point in putting on the nice rings just for them to get food and poop in them!

I don’t actually take mine off unless I’m having a shower and that’s literally it!

I wear my Enso ring to work when I remember it. In the warmer months I would wear my wedding set when we went for a walk. Now that it is winter, I don’t bother to put on my rings when we take a walk. My hands are covered in gloves/mittens anyway.

I only wear any of my rings these days when I’m going out without my husband, because I’m visibly pregnant, I look ten years younger than I am, and don’t want to get shade from people.

Yes! I’ve only worn my engagement ring a few times since the pandemic started. My wedding ring is a plain comfort fit band that I never take off, whereas my engagement ring I used to put on before I left the house and take off when I got home or before bed. My only pandemic jewelry has been wedding band and diamond stud earrings.

Hah, I took off my e-ring and wedding band in my third trimester (early 2020) and haven’t put them back on since. Hubby doesn’t care and it makes it easier for the 5000 times a day I wash my hands.

I don’t wear either but that’s because they need to be resized now.  But I’d probably just wear my band now at home too.

Pre covid I only had my original set, white gold band and ering, which I never took off. Husband got me an anniversary sapphire ring last June and I’ve bought a wide yellow gold band last month, so I wear it alone pretty often. Nowadays I mix and match every ring but at least one ring stays on all the time.

Sadly, I received my new beautiful ring during Covid and haven’t been able to wear it out anywhere to show friends and family and enjoy being out with it, so I am wearing it as much as I can while I’m at home. I don’t want to wait till I can socialize again to enjoy it, I want to enjoy it as much as I can in the here and now and it gives me great joy to be able to look at it on my finger . If this past year has taught me anything, it’s not to take anything for granted and to enjoy all that we have in the time that we have!
