never heard of them! My eyesight is horrible so I’m always afraid to mess with anything out of the ordinary!

I had never heard of them till now, but kinda think they’re creepy!

ETA My Fiance always comments on how big my eyes are, so I don’t think that would be a problem for me lol

I find it weird when people over-process eyes in post-processing, so safe to say, no, I won’t be buying special contacts to give my eyes that enlarged doll look. It just feels fake to me. I guess it’s not really that much of a step beyond makeup, but for some reason it weirds me out.

I have a very strong prescription/astigmatism anyway, so probably not even an option if I wanted them.

Never heard of them until now either! I guess it all depends on what color you choose, etc. Some look creepy and some look fine.. The one that @MeiFrancis:  posted is creepy but this one doesn’t look so bad..

I don’t mean this to be an insult and you shoud definitely give them a try if you want: but I think my Fiance would fall over laughing if I showed up at the altar wearing those!  ๐Ÿ™‚

@lolot:  I agree, and I want him to actually be able to look into my eyes when we say our vows

I have only seen them on a few people and I think they’re terrifying, lol! Though who knows – you may pull them off beautifully! I would make sure to put them in and take a lot of pictures to make sure you like the look of them for you ๐Ÿ™‚ Good luck!

I’ve heard of contacts that can appear to change the color of one’s irises, but I’ve never heard of these that also make the irises and pupils appear larger.  Ah, the things I learn from the bees! ๐Ÿ™‚

If you try them on and like the look of them, then why not?

I think the main thing with the first picture is that she only has them on one eye. They’re also not the same color as her eyes, so that also makes it look weird. But I think if it was closer to her eye color and on both eyes it wouldnt look bad at all.

@MissFireFlower:

I think they’re creepy.  Personally I would never put anything in my eyeballs for cosmetic reasons.  It’s one thing to wear them because you can’t see, but it’s another to wear them to change the colour or size of your eyes.  Be very careful where you order them from because cosmetic contacts are not regulated like prescription lenses are.  I wouldn’t take the risk at all, but if you do order them take them to your optometrist to make sure they fit in your eye properly and won’t damage them.
